Return and Refund Policy

At Scarlett-Claire, every item is made to order with care, whether it's embroidery, sublimation, or DTF. Because custom products are created specifically for each customer, we have a few guidelines to ensure fairness while still giving you great service.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, since they are made specifically for you.

This includes:

• Shirts with names, dates, photos, or custom text
• Personalized holiday items (stockings, tags, ornaments)
• Embroidery or DTF designs
• Your Design. Your Way. or Upload-your-own designs

If there is an error on our part, such as:

• Wrong size received
• Incorrect design or color
• Quality issue or defect

We will fix it or replace it at no additional charge.

Non-custom items may be returned within 3 days if:

• They are unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. 

No Returns Accepted For:

• Worn or washed items
• Items with pet hair, odors, stains, or damage
• Clearance or sale items
• Items customized exactly as ordered

Order Mistakes & Replacements

If the mistake was ours, we take care of it quickly.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

•  Order number
• Photo or the issue

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit:

• File a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS)
• Contact us with pictures and your tracking number

We will help guide you through next steps.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be:

• Processed back to your original payment method
• Completed within 3-5 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
